Before returning any items, you must contact FindThatSpecialGift.com via our special return email address returns@findthatspecialgift.com. Please provide the reason for which you would like to return your order. Contact with us, and the return of the merchandise, must occur within 10 days of your order's arrival. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance. 1.) Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by FindThatSpecialGift.com. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. 2.) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Items With Guarentees or Warranties
If a purchased item includes a product guarentee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarentee or warranty for repair or replacement.
Items Damaged During Shipment
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of your order's arrival, and we will process a claim.
